Miss Plus America Elite
Tanya Holloway

Tanya Holloway of Panama City, FL was crowned Miss Plus America Elite 2021 on July 31, 2021 at the Miss Plus America pageant in Louisville, KY. 

 

During her reign, Tanya plans to help bridge the gap between under-served communities and disaster preparedness. When Hurricane Michael devastated the Florida panhandle, Tanya couldn’t help but notice the disparity between more affluent communities and those living below the poverty line. Her platform, “Don’t Be Scared, Be Prepared: Disaster Preparedness for Vulnerable Communities”, promotes community resilience with education and outreach.  

 

After graduating from Bay High School in Panama City, FL, she attended Gulf Coast State College and Florida State University. Tanya has more than 15 years of non-profit management experience, including work with The American Cancer Society and The American Red Cross, where she currently serves as a Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager. Tanya’s husband, Bryan, is a retired US Airman and currently works for the Department of Defense. Together, they have 4 children: Hunter, Tristen, Anthony, Shawn, and a fur-baby, Lady.

Leamona Woodley

Leamona Woodley is Washingtonian with a southern charm that resides in Montgomery, Alabama; where the history is intriguing and the culture is welcoming.    She obtained an associate degree in business and a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations.  While attending Alabama State University on scholarship, Leamona became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.

After graduation while maintaining her professional career, Leamona launched her beauty brand LovelyMona3 that focuses on affordable beauty tricks afford hairstyle tricks, and dress enhancements.  Since the launching, the brand has generated over 150,000 views on social media and a marketing contract with a beauty company.  Her love of engaging and nurturing relationships with the public, helped drive the growing success of her brand.  Leamona’s hobbies consist of fishing, traveling, and rhinestoning gowns.

Her Platform is Volunteerism: Promoting Community Involvement Through Service.  Leamona’s purpose is to promote public volunteering, connect people to volunteer opportunities, and encourage acts of service to build a stronger community.  While working with numerous organizations such as the 334 Blue Heart Foundation and the JEWELS Mentoring Program in Atlanta, Georgia; Leamona helps projects that add value back into her community.  Volunteering has impacted her life in a profound and positive way.

While representing the beautiful state of Alabama as a delegate, Leamona made 36 appearances in one year earning an Community Involvement Award with the Miss Plus America Pageant system. Also, Leamona earned the top score awards in Pants Wear and Evening Gown competitions while modeling her rhinestoned works of art at the Miss Plus America Pageant in July 2021.

Leamona's goal in life is to leave this world with a legacy of encouragement and self-awareness that one person can make a difference while enabling an action to start the process. 

Leamona is humbled and ready to serve the Miss Plus America system as Ms. Plus America 2021.

Miss Plus America
Danni Hall

Danni Hall, 22, grew up in Monroe,Louisiana before moving to Baton Rouge, LA to pursue her undergraduate degree. In 2021, Danni graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern University and A&M College with a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. While obtaining her degree, she was also inducted into the Beta Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is now currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Southern University and A&M College.

 

In September of 2020, Danni was named Miss Louisiana Plus America after competing in her hometown for the title. Danni’s platform “Dismantling the Taboos of Sexual Assault”resonated with her supporters. She went on to compete for the title of Miss Plus America in July of 2021 and captured the Crown.

 

Danni is full of life and she loves to inspire young people, especially plus size young women. Danni aspires to dedicate her year of service to motivating and encouraging others by promoting body positivity and being a dedicated advocate for sexual assault survivors.
